You may think taking high-quality supplements and drink mixes are going to fix your frustrating health symptoms, but, that’s just NOT the case!

If you’re hanging out on social media, you can pretty much guarantee you’re going to get bombarded by influencers + various health accounts, posting about the hottest new supplement, ESPECIALLY during Black Friday sales.

I personally love supplements - they’re a vital part of my wellness routine! However, they can be very costly, and there are other key pillars you need to have dialed in on BEFORE you spend your money on allll the supplements.

In today’s episode, I’m talking about what you actually need to do before stressing about supplements + lab testing. I’m diving into factors like the importance of really cleaning up your diet and prioritizing 3 solid meals/day, taking a mindful & moderate approach to your caffeine and (especially) alcohol consumption, the major impact of poor sleep habits and excessive technology usage, and more.
