For our Effective Giving Day 2021 Americas event, we hosted a Q&A covering questions such as:

- How do you think about the trade off of giving to the same charities every year vs giving to the changing top charities that charity evaluators recommend over time?
- On climate change after all of the attention given to COP26, do you think there are still neglected areas where donors can have a significant impact?
- Is there an emerging cause that you believe we should be considering as part of our giving portfolio?

Those questions and more were answered by a panel of experts in the field of effective giving, including:
- Johannes Ackva (Researcher, Founders Pledge)
- Joey Savoie (Co-Founder and Director of Strategy, Charity Entrepreneurship)
- Michael Plant (Founder, Happier Lives Institute)
- Siobhan Brenton (Manager of Operations, Rethink Charity)
- Taylor Smith (Philanthropy Advisor, GiveWell)
- Luke Freeman (Executive Director, Giving What We Can)
