Today I am in conversation with Alix Hubble. Alix is a woman's health and fitness coach and a podcaster. She works with women who want to grow in confidence, and increase their fitness and energy as they transition into perimenopause and menopause. In this episode, Alix shares some of her personal story, her wisdom and great insights into how you can begin to make friends with your body during this phase in life.
