Joe played professional football through his youth and was quite good at it, until his passion for training in the gym started to hinder his performance. He left, was lucky enough to get a scholarship to study and his passion for training in the gym took him to win some bodybuilding competitions. Taking personal training clients through the same process he was on, eventually let to coaching some of his clients into becoming trainers themselves and started his journey to being "The Coaches Coach". Joe shares some of the challenges and he experienced and lessons learned on the way, in our chat.
