My Current Routine - Under 1hr

  • Light exposure - 0min
  • Foam roller + Stoicism - 5min
  • Yoga - 20min
  • Supplements: cordyceps, fish oil - 0min
  • Coffee, check whoop score, plan for the day (3 things from todoist app) - 10min
  • Breakfast: greens powder, hydralyte, meal - 20min
