It's something I feel strongly about today, are we valuing ourselves enough as parents? Why are we at the end of the list, why do we invest more in our kids than ourselves when we hear time and time again that we need to fill up our cup? Maybe society, maybe evolution, or maybe a subconscious belief we need to shift? Today I'm asking you to reflect on whether you're truly honouring and valuing yourself.
