In this episode I share my journey from teaching in the classroom to transitioning into instructional design and eventually becoming an entrepreneur. I discuss the challenges and frustrations I faced in my teaching career, including burnout and unfair evaluations, leading me to seek a new path. I reflect on the fulfillment I found in my new role and the importance of pursuing a career that aligns with one's passions and strengths.
