Hi friends, it’s me—Wonder Wendy. In this episode, I’m taking you with me to Vermont—my old stomping grounds—and deep into the heart of something we all wrestle with: nostalgia. Driving through my hometown, past maple trees and memories, I felt the pull of the past in a way that was comforting… and a little tricky. It got me wondering: Are we remembering things as they were, or as we wish they were? Through some very personal reflections, I talk about the danger of getting too cozy with old memories—how seductive they can be—and how important it is to honor where we’ve been without getting stuck there.

Key Takeaways:

  • Nostalgia is powerful—but it’s not always honest
  • You can honor your past without living in it
  • The present deserves your full presence
