Originally from Nigeria, Iryne's parents introduced her and her siblings to the world of Christian music at a young age. Their home was filled with gospel, contemporary Christian, and various African Christian music, nurturing her love for melodies and harmonies.

Despite strict rules against secular music in her household, Iryne's love for music couldn't be contained. Sneaking moments to watch MTV and indulging in her musical cravings, Iryne's talent and love for music only grew stronger.

As she started singing in the choir, Iryne discovered her natural gift for songwriting. Melodies and lyrics flowed effortlessly through her, and it became evident that she had something special to offer. But growing up in a Nigerian home, pursuing music as a career wasn't commonly encouraged, as the focus was often on traditional professions.

However, everything changed when Iryne shared her songs with her husband, brothers, and sisters. They recognized her potential and encouraged her to teach the church choir her compositions. Soon, the congregation fell in love with her heartfelt worship songs, and people started requesting recordings to listen to at home.

About four years ago, Iryne took a leap of faith and officially started recording her music. Her incredible talent, combined with her deep passion for music, has allowed her to create captivating and soul-stirring melodies that resonate with audiences worldwide.
