Joining the Exchange is Kendyl Kaplan, Executive Director of Rebuilding Together Rogue Valley (RBTRV). The program helps fund projects that assist aging seniors to keep them in their homes. It helps seniors and other low income residents with disabilities. Kaplan says RBTRV is the only nonprofit in Oregon that does this work using Medicaid benefits.
