once again I do a deep dive but this is part two and for the first part of this show is the first ever debate from notebook check it out I've not done before hopefully enjoy until I get the full episode out of the new stuff I've been putting together so this should be able to hold you CRAZY PEOPLE JUST LIKE ME, hold you guys together just a little longer. and like always take care of yourself and another.

I want to State I am not a licensed therapist nor doctor but I do have probably more experience than most. But still I most clarify if you have thoughts of anything crazier please reach out to anybody in the professional field especially anything to do with how you are feeling in your mind and how you are perceiving the world around you. Like I said I have been there so you are not alone and you will get through it..
