Today we have Kevin McGrath on the show and he talks investing in industrial. Kevin McGrath (Principal at Cardinal Industrial) began his commercial real estate career in 2007 and in that time has been involved in the leasing, acquisition and disposition of more than $1 Billion in industrial real estate. Prior to joining Cardinal, Kevin was a Senior Vice President at CBRE in Columbus, Ohio. While at CBRE, he held the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) and Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designations. Currently at Cardinal, Mr. McGrath is responsible for business development and asset management, which include deal sourcing, capital sourcing, establishing and maintaining relationships with operating partners and ensuring successful investment execution.
