Today Josh Hatcher with the Manlihood Podcast joins us to talk about anticipating your future regrets, ADHD behaviors and family relationships.

By imagining our future regrets, it can help us change our thoughts, actions and responses today. Josh shares a bit about his regrets and wants other men to learn from his mistakes. As he looks back, he would have changed his behavior.

Josh has ADHD and learned he had it when they diagnosed one of his kids. My wife also discovered she has ADHD.

We did talk a bit about ADHD medication and Josh shares what happened to him when he started taking Adderall, his depression when his father died and how Josh almost died!

-What do you do that you are creating future regrets?

-How do you react to your wife and kids when you are triggered or angry?

-Do you, your spouse or kids have ADHD?

-What ADHD behaviors drive you crazy?
