Britt Frank is a nationally recognized neuropscyhotherapist, trauma therapist, and expert on mental health. She is the author of "The Science of Stuck", named the Top Creativity Book of 2022. Britt is a graduate of Duke University and The University of Kansas, where she is currently a professor. She is known for decoding the brain, using 3 steps to control anxiety and harness motivation.
