About Sharon Paskoff
Sharon Paskoff walked many paths of grief searching for hope when hope was hard to find. Paskoff attended the University of Georgia and earned a B.S. in psychology from Georgia State University. In 1978 she opened Intown Exercise Studio, where she taught exercise classes in the friendly Atlanta Virginia Highland neighborhood. Sharon has been a community volunteer at Our House, The Midtown Assistance Center, and founder with her son of The B. Snacks Foundation. Sharon lives in Atlanta with her husband and Husky mix, Margo, and enjoys reading, fishing, and playing tennis as a part time resident of the low country of South Carolina.
