In this episode of the Lens on Fitness podcast, I’m sharing a big decision I’ve made—after 248 episodes, I’m hitting pause on the podcast for a little while.

I talk about the strength that comes from stepping back and focusing on what really matters. We all juggle a lot, and sometimes, the best thing we can do is make space for what needs our attention the most.

I’ll explain why I’m making this decision and why it’s time to put my focus into growing my Train Like an Athlete Fitness apparel brand.

It’s not goodbye—just a “see you later.” I hope this encourages you to take a step back when you need it, too.
