She’s a nerdy and enthusiastic writer, podcaster, and professor with a Ph.D. in English, deeply passionate about critical thinking, personal growth, and self-empowerment. She’s proud to hail from the lake country in rural Minnesota. She earned three degrees in English: BA & MA are from the University of North Dakota, while her Ph.D. is from the Indiana University of Pennsylvania. Currently, she lives and works as an adjunct professor of English at a small college in Iowa with her husband, Roger, teaching classes in writing, research writing, and literature. She’s also working on creating a guide to journaling & writing enemies to lovers romance novels. And in the future, she wants to develop a writing mentorship & a publishing house & a scholarship fund for young women to apply to college.
