Every season has a "SPECIAL" feeling. The week before Christmas is amazing and full. Halloween, feels like the start of "FALL" with the cool breeze, then we have 4th of July which is HEAT, HOTDOGS and HAMBURGERS. Then we have the middle of May. GRADUATION. It does not matter if your graduating from Kindergarten, 8th Grade, Highschool or College, this is the time of year goals are set. Cleary we are talking about High School and College graduates in this episode. The days of lets be "YOUNG AND WILD" have to be checked. You have to start planning for a future or you will be so far behind. Home ownership is a way to start the responsibility of being an adult. You can still be young and wild but you have to have something to fall back on and strive for.
