Aussie swim champion Grant Hackett did the sport career long haul that started way back when he was kid. In this episode he takes Emma inside his own childhood and the mindset and support network that made him. We hear from two sisters at the start of their sporting careers, gymnasts Miella and Rommie Brown. With the help of their coach John Hart we discover what it takes to excel in their gruelling sport.
