Transformation Coaching is different. It’s the work that rewires your patterns, elevates your identity, and moves you toward the life and career you’re actually meant for. It’s where you get aligned with your zone of genius and start showing up powerfully.
I talk about why most people unknowingly ask for one when they actually need the other, why managers often respond with the wrong type, and how that mismatch keeps teams stagnant and individuals frustrated.
