The Wisconsin State Legislature debated the ROFR bill on Tuesday that would establish a monopoly in the private sector for Wisconsin-based electric transmission companies, and on this edition of the MacIver Report, Bill Osmulski and Michael Lucas focus on one exchange between a lobbyist and the committee chair about "laissez faire, Adam Smith capitalism.” They also talk about Gov.
