In this episode Me and D discussed how the NHL hit a home run with the 4 Nations Tournament that featured the USA and Canada in the final game. We think the NBA could learn a lesson from its rival sport since this year's All-Star game, though improved, still lacks the competitive edge that we desire. We also introduced a new segment: The Wild and the Weird as well as told someone to Sit Your Ass Down. Kick back and enjoy!
