Before I lost 70 lbs 7 years ago on a carnivore diet, I told fat jokes ― about myself.

I shared my weight loss journey on YouTube, which recently deleted that channel after over 10 years ― with no explanation.

But I’ll never stop sharing my story, hopefully helping to save more lives besides my own.
