I want to give you a word of warning. When you're trying to find your next level, make sure you're doing it with the support of somebody who levels up on a continuous basis. You don't want somebody who's stuck in their ways, stuck in their thoughts, stuck in their safety zone! There's a little bit of contradiction there, that they're asking you to step out of your comfort zone, whilst securely and snugly sitting in theirs.
