Because, of course, Coaches get triggered as well as anybody does, because life happens.
We have a past, we have beliefs, we have morals, we have standards, we have trauma, we have experiences in life. All of these sit in the back of our heads waiting to be triggered. That's their job. They're triggering fear. They're triggering feeling unsafe. They're triggering the need to react and respond. That's the whole point.
