In this episode of Courage in the Calling, we sit down with JJ - a young man whose story bridges cultures, two continents and one deeply rooted in faith. Half American and half Kenyan, JJ shares his unique background, his passion for rock climbing and his upbringing in a God centered home have shaped who he is today.

Recording once again in Albania, JJ reflacts on his final weeks of his Discipleship Training School (DTS). He opens up about what led him to take the course even though it wasn't something he initially wanted to do. From the highs of witnessing God move in powerful ways to the lows of giving up some of the comforts and passions he's used to - including rock climbing - JJ reveals how these experiences have strengthened his walk with God.
