Cross-lateral exercises are movements that cross the midline of the body. They help connect the right and left sides of the brain by sending signals across the corpus callosum, which is the major bridge between the hemispheres of the brain.

There's abundance research that cross-lateral movements helps with calm, focus, coordination, cognition, learning, and creativity. I'll recommend cross-lateral exercises regularly, especially if someone is having difficulty in any of these areas.

In this episode, I'll read an excerpt on cross-lateral exercises from my NEW BOOK, I AM Intuitive: A MultiDimensional Guide to Embrace Your Inner Light.

There are many examples of simple cross-lateral exercises. I'll go over some common ones here, from small movements that can be done at work or class, to bigger ones to do at home.

Taking two minutes twice a day to incorporate cross-lateral movements into your routine can make a huge difference.

Lots of love,

Dr. Arlene Dijamco
