The Bloemfontein High Court has ruled that former Ace Magashule’s personal assistant Moroadi Cholota’s extradition from the US was unlawful. Cholota was accused alongside 17 others, including former Free State Premier Ace Magashule in the asbestos corruption case. So legally speaking, how should we interpret the outcome of this case?
