Today we talk with the goat of netball, Laura Langman about all things netball and life after. Lauz is an incredible leader, having lead her Ferns team to win gold in the most recent World Cup. Her philosophy as a netballer she learnt from her psych coach and has the goal to bring it all to life and relay the message of the team. The point of difference in the recent season was the level of commitment, everyone earned their spot and deserved to be there. Winning a World Cup is something different. The moment of winning gold; there was no words. It isn't just a medal, its about the journey, and watching people grow. Laura's best piece of advice to be successful as a leader is it takes time, put yourself in a position where you have to learn and don't be afraid of not knowing the answers. It's ok to stuff up, you learn and grow from it and this is the great place to be.
