Growing up on a Kansas ranch, Kara’s bike accident at eight sent her into a black-vastness edged with living light, where a figure asked if she was ready and fear dissolved into love. She returned changed—attuned to nature, animals, and an inner voice that never left. Near 33, facing generational breast cancer, she actively re-engaged that connection to spirit and experienced an unexpected, complete healing. The journey reframed her life around trust, quiet communion, and the conviction that love—and our link to it—can transform the body as well as the heart.
