A shocking attempted kidnapping of 6-year-old Rah Shem “Rah Rah” Gantt on Coney Island left a boy and his parents in a state of terror. Suspect Jonathan Robalino allegedly snatched the boy, only to be thwarted by the child’s mother and father. With conflicting accounts...video evidence versus the family’s claims of a head injury....and a defense pushing for psychiatric care over jail time, Robalino is due back in court 7/11- we hope he stays put.
