The prevalence of critical theory taught at universities primed a generation of students for social justice activism, and since October 7th, the Free Palestine movement has taken center stage. Dominique speaks with Daniel Suhr, a lawyer representing five Colombia students in a class action lawsuit against key agitators at Colombia University, including the national Students for Justice in Palestine (SJP) office, Colombia’s SJP chapter, faculty, and U.S. Reps. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, Ilhan Omar, and Jamaal Bowman.
