Lindsay is a dedicated Pain Recovery Coach, SIRPA Practitioner, and Life Coach with a passion for helping others reclaim their lives from chronic pain.

At 21, she pursued her love for singing and performance at The Royal Academy of

Music in London. She then spent two decades navigating the demands of a fast-

paced business environment while raising two young children. But behind the scenes, she was battling an ever-worsening struggle with pain. What began as persistent back pain soon spread to her shoulder, groin, and neck, slowly shrinking her world. She stopped doing the activities she once loved, becoming consumed by her pain and trapped by fear.

Unbeknownst to her, a constant undercurrent of anxiety was fueling this cycle. Past and present stressors had taken a toll on her well-being, and she didn’t realize that her emotional pain was manifesting physically. In search of answers, she consulted countless doctors, specialists, physiotherapists, and osteopaths. She tried

acupuncture, underwent MRI scans, and even attended pain management courses—but nothing provided lasting relief. Life had lost its spark.

Everything changed when she discovered SIRPA (Stress Illness Recovery Practitioners Association). With their support, Lindsay’s life transformed in ways she never imagined possible. She reclaimed her freedom, embraced movement, and even found a love for running—a key part of her recovery.

Inspired by her own journey, Lindsay became a certified Life Coach and SIRPA Practitioner, founding Vibrant Coaching to help others break free from chronic pain.

Her personal experience gives her a deep understanding of the mind-body connection, neuroplastic pain, and the power of reframing our relationship with pain.

Through tailored 1:1 and group coaching programs, she empowers her clients to take back control of their lives—one step at a time.

Lindsay’s mission is simple: Life should be vibrant. And she’s here to help others rediscover that vibrancy for themselves.
