This week Ian takes us on a journey around the world to look at different cultures and their legends and lore on tree folks and dryads.

Believed to be a protective spirit that resides as part of the tree itself, many cultures have legends of these creatures.

As with most creatures of lore, different people see them differently, some as a guardian, others as a menace. But in the end their lesson is all the same, respect the trees, without them, we wouldn't be here.
