In this episode, I open up about my current process—working with dissociation, shutdown, and the fog that’s been with me since childhood. Instead of fighting it, I'm learning to let it run, to witness it with compassion, and to listen to what it’s protecting. Through somatic practice and inner-child work, I've discover how my shutdown can become grounding, how anger can return as life force, and how acceptance brings clarity and peace.
