Episode 77 – Considerations for Multi Cat Households with Lisa Sinnott

Multi Cat Households can be challenging environments for the cats that live in them and also the caregivers that live with those cats, especially if there are hostile or aggressive events between the cats.

In this episode, I chat to non-veterinary behaviourist, Lisa Sinnott about the types of cases she sees in the UK compared to my UAE based caseload and what some of things are that we need to consider when providing optimal environments for multi-cat homes.

In this episode we talk about:

1. The importance of resources

2. Why cats, unlike humans, are NOT social eaters

3. How cats navigate the world through their sense of smell

4. Why reading body language is so important
