Processes are the backbone of any business but too many companies either drown in paperwork or rely on unwritten habits that only a few people understand.

In this episode, we discuss what are business processes, when they should be written down, and when they need to be lived and breathed as part of your company’s culture.

I’ll share the common mistakes I see businesses make from overcomplicating procedures to forgetting that culture eats process for breakfast and lunch as well as providing some lessons I have learnt over the years in how you can avoid the pitfall of a bad process.

If you’ve ever wondered why your processes don’t stick, or why everything seems to fall apart when one key person leaves, this episode is for you.
