Dr. Jessica Gray is a board-certified Family Medicine physician with a focus on women’s and adolescent health. She serves as the clinic medical director at UMC Southwest Family Medicine Clinic, supervising five advanced practice providers, and is the Team Physician for the Texas Tech University Women’s Basketball Team.

Dr. Gray holds multiple leadership roles, including on the boards of Lubbock Children’s Health Clinic and the Laura W. Bush Institute for Women’s Health, and is Mission Impact Chair for March of Dimes’ West Texas Market. She’s passionate about preventive care, health education, and empowering women in healthcare decisions.

As a Clinical Assistant Professor at Texas Tech University Health Sciences Center, she mentors students and residents, contributes to research, and co-hosts The Med Edit Podcast, covering key issues in medicine and healthcare.
