The horror is ALMOST over! This is the final filing in the Summary Judgement phase of the Federal Civil Rights violation lawsuit Host Kristopher H. Bilbrey has against Henry County, Indiana, Sheriff John M. Sproles.

This 283rd episode now examines the final filing in that back-and-forth legal phase. Bilbrey reviews the extremely short filing, which again, in Bilbrey's opinion, does not look good for Sheriff Sproles!
From here, it is in the judge's hands; he will either make a ruling or move the legal action closer to a court date at some point in the Spring of 2025.
