I once read somewhere that we believe so strongly that the walls around us exist that we start to freeze without them. A lot of us become absolutely attached to our affiliations, our styles, our schools of thought and our beliefs. This is great for a sense of identity and being grounded in something strong. Something that you can proudly say that you stand for. But sometimes, along with this comes your need to protect what you represent and in worse cases exclude and even harm others who don’t stand for the same things. This podcast is about getting you to examine your attachments and checking if you’re attached at the cost of your or someone else’s happiness.
