In this episode, Brian is joined by Dr. Sapna Amin and Brian Tomono to talk through the story of Dr. E in Missouri. Dr. E’s story is a relatively straightforward one, but with a few of the twists and turns and hiccups that many buyers experience.

In part 2 of this 3-part story, we follow Dr. E as he works his way toward closing. There was some special attention paid to the closing date, in part because of his notice requirement with his employer. Then there's the issue of the loan, which needed some special attention from Brian Tomono.
