Movement Prep: 1-2 rounds:

:60 Quad Pull dynamic stretch

20 Banded Passthroughs

:30 Banded Lat Stretch (each side)

10 Banded walks forward, backward, left, right, Squats

:60 Figure 4 dynamic stretch

5 S.Arm DB Thrusters (each arm)

Workout Prep: at moderate pace then picking up speed:

5 DB FS (moderate load)

5 Arch/Hollow Swings

15 Single Unders SU

5 DB Push Press (moderate load)

5 Arch/Hollow Swings with straight leg raises as well

15 DU

2-3 rounds for pacing:

3 DB Thrusters (game time load)

3 T2B

10 DU
