10 S.Leg RDL each leg

:30 Pigeon Stretch on/off box (each side)

10 Banded walks forward, backward, left, right, Squats

10 Band Passthroughs

10 Banded Goodmornings

Workout Prep:

5 Empty BB:

Power Clean - Front Squat - Squat Clean - Strict Press - Push Press - Push Jerk - Split Jerk

5 Lateral Box Step Ups each legs

5 Alt Cossacks Squats each side

5 Step Ups each leg

3 Single Clean and jerks at first loading

5 Close Stance Squats (touching if you can)

5 Step Down Box Jumps

3 Single Clean and jerks at Second Load loading

5 Alt Pistols holding support

5 Box Jumps

3 Single Clean and jerks at Third Load loading

5 Alt Pistols

possibly -3 Single Clean and jerks at Fourth Load loading
