Randy started his career in the corporate world. He worked for two major chemical/pharmaceutical companies for 18 years in operations with several hundred employees before he decided to retire and transition into real estate full time. Randy has 11 publications and 2 patents and wrote a book called "IRA 401k Income Builder" which explains how to buy real estate, mortgage notes, private lending, etc inside your Self-Directed IRA or Solo 401k.
Randy's focus is now on building passive income through mortgage notes, private lending, rental real estate, and syndications with a focus on tax free or tax deferred investing using a Self-Directed IRA or a Solo 401k.
