In honor of World Mental Health Day, The Reframed Brain™ collaborated with G-Sport Edutainment and interviewed two Tri-City Rivergators football athletes for a candid conversation about the real game behind the game- mental resilience.

In this episode, Enrique Crumbs, a Defensive Lineman and Rivergators MVP Player of the Year, opens up about the internal shifts he's made mentally, emotionally, and spiritually since working with The Reframed Brain™ and:

*How reframing stress has changed his performance on the field

*The role of vulnerability, reflection, and emotional regulation in true strength

*What he’d say to athletes or coaches who think mindset work is “soft”

This episode is a reminder that mental health is performance health and that strength starts within.

Berry Glenn III is a FAMU graduate, father and enterpriser in Atlanta, Georgia with a 30+ year successful career in construction management that would establish his reputation for precision, leadership, and controlled growth. In 1996 he moved to Birmingham, Alabama, where he broadened his portfolio by founding G-SPORT Entertainment Group, later rebranded G-SPORT Edutainment Group, LLC. As an early pioneer in Christian rap music, G-SPORT produced groundbreaking projects featuring artists such as Prime Minister, David Sea, Eric Matthews, Christopher “Kid N Play” Martin, and Noel Humphries. Over the ensuing decades, Berry guided G-SPORT’s evolution into a multifaceted sports, entertainment, and educational enterprise.

In 2023, Berry brought his passions for athletics and community together by launching the Rivergators indoor football franchise. Although initial plans called for a 2024 debut in the AIF league, venue challenges prompted a strategic pivot to the AAL2 circuit. Under Berry’s leadership, the team relocated in 2025 to Madison, Alabama—a growing suburb of Huntsville—and was reborn as the Tri-City Rivergators. Today, the Rivergators host home games at the NOW Soccer Academy in Madison, where Berry continues to apply his trademark blend of operational discipline and entrepreneurial vision.

Beyond the boardroom and the gridiron, Berry remains committed to mentoring young professionals, fostering faith-based community initiatives, and championing controlled growth across every venture he undertakes.
