In this episode of The Regenerative Health Podcast, our hosts review the 2024 State of the Industry presented by the Alliance for Regenerative Medicine at the BioTech Showcase earlier this year. At this US based industry trade gathering, the focus is on FDA approvals including the acceleration of approvals for new gene therapies for diseases such as Sickle cell, muscular dystrophy, diabetes and more. Now while it is encouraging to see the progress from the FDA, the United States continues to lag far behind other countries in research and clinical experience with regenerative health. We'll explore accelerated and exciting developments in other countries including India, Panama and Mexico in future episodes, But now, let's listen in on what the Alliance for Regenerative Medicine in the US is working on with the FDA Scientific Exchange on Building Blocks of PlatformTechnologies and expediting the development of Stem Cell and Gene Therapy.
