Many of us know that networking is something we should do but how many of us know when we are networking with folks that are in alignment with us and keep equity in mind. In this episode Integrate founder, Julie Johnson discusses how Campain-Based or Solutions based networking can help us find the people that help us expand our skills and also leverage opportunity for folks radically under represented in our society.

One the best ways to begin authentic and inclusive networking. Is through Campaign Based Networking. Check out these three strategies for authentic networking :

1) In campaign based networking you reach out to your community to find people who can help you with a problem you might need to solve

2) Prioritize folks of color, in the disability community or in LGBTQIA whose skills can help with your current need or problem

3)Continue to build relationships with these folks in live interactive, scheduled zoom sessions to see if you are in alignment with them. Remember to ask about things other than work. Ask about their passion, self-care routines, favorite podcasts, etc.
