This week on The Revolutionized Mind, I’m joined by Jellis Vaes! In this episode, Jellis opens up about his personal mental health journey navigating years of emotional pain, loneliness, and depression. Through travel and self-discovery, he was able to become the change he wanted to see in the world by creating a space for open, honest conversations about healing, awareness, and emotional education. Through his story, Jellis shares how the idea for Inner Path Seekers was born out of a deep desire to help others find connection and meaning within themselves. He also speaks about the life-altering moment he went into sudden cardiac arrest, and how that experience reshaped his perspectives on life. We talk about what it means to find meaning in pain, the process of integrating both suffering and gratitude into daily life, and how his experience inspired The Heart Warrior Project, an initiative to support and connect others who have faced heart-related trauma. Jellis’ story reminds us that it is possible to find light, purpose, and connection even in our darkest chapters. Trigger warning: this episode mentions suicide.
