Maksy and Average Joe welcome D1 Assistant Coach from Clarkson University, Cory Schneider. Being a Rochester NY native, Cory discusses Garbage Plates, Rochester Red Wings, Zwiegles Hot Dogs and more. Cory weighs in on skill development, not only for college players but for youth hockey players too. He discusses being patient with your development process and that every player has a different "route" to get to college hockey. He also discusses the important things that recruiters look for other than talent. Lastly, Cory discusses his musical interests and admits to being a "Swifty" just like Average Joe!
