This Monday on The Sean Trace Show, I went solo to talk about one of the most important skills we can develop: staying calm under pressure.

Whether it’s raising my daughter, leading my team, or navigating the chaos of everyday life, the truth is the same: calm is a choice and a skill.

If we can hold onto our composure, we can make better decisions, protect the people we love, and lead through difficult moments.
